Kirt Edgar, Executive Director, RN, BSN

Kirt Edgar is the Executive Director for Restpadd Inc. and Restpadd Health Corp. He is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and Simpson University’s School of Nursing.  He has served in a variety of administrative roles and he has a passion for psychiatric nursing.  In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his wife and two children.

Brett Heathorn, Controller / Director of Business Services

Brett Heathorn is the Controller and Director of Business Services for Restpadd Inc. and Restpadd Health Corp. He is responsible for the financial and business functions of both companies. Mr. Heathorn has 7 years of Accounting and Business experience with a bachelor degree in Accounting from ASU. He enjoys taking care of his home garden and spending time with his wife and three young children.

Christian Young, FNP

Christian began her career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse in 2005. Quickly realizing her passion was to serve the underinsured, underserved and those that are unable to speak for themselves, she continued her education with receving her Master’s Degree, Family Nurse Practioner, from Sonoma State University in 2016. Her experience ranges from orthopedics, correctional medicine, HIV/AIDS to Public Health. Christian’s hobbies include spending time with family, her dogs and creating stained glass art.

Wen-Chi Fan, MEd, MSN, DNP, ANP, PMHNP

Wen-Chi Fan is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Restpadd. She joined us in June 2015.

She graduated with a doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington in 2010 and has been employed in the mental health field for 17 years.
